Feel ko magdrama ngayon.
The weather, the silence, the feeling of being alone. Wala. Kanina pa ko nasa harap ng PC browsing on random stuff. And it feels like I miss a lot of people.
Anyway, I’ll be working on a long post maybe later. Magiging busy nanaman nyan dahil sa tambak na gawain. Hayzz.
Kasama ko sa pic na to si Ashley Gosienfiao, isang sikat na cosplayer sa Pilipinas, na kapatid ni Alodia Gosiengfiao. It’s my first time to be in such an event na may cosplay here in Toycon which is a toy convention. I’m so glad I had this. Okay na sakin na makita ko sila ni Alodia, pero lalo nitong pinasaya araw ko. Di ako nagsisi na pumunta ako kahapon at gumastos. Wew! Sana sa uulitin! I enjoyed the event so much. Astig din yung other cosplayers and the toy exhibits. Sa next Toycon siguradong maghahanda ako lalo. Malay mo magcosplay na rin ako. Haha. :)
Two things.
It’s independence day in the Philippines, but some people are talking more about the Freedom Sale in the SM malls. Haha. Can’t blame anyone. Malls are really a big part of Philippine lifestyle eh? And probably, some even forgot that it is June 12 today. Uh.
Second thing, the NBA Finals over the first day of classes. Haha. Probably, a lot of students will cut classes just to watch the game. LOL. But not me, I’ll just check the scores over my phone. Haha. But while the game is ongoing, I may not focus on my class. Hahahaha.

The new Tumblr dash for me looks fine. It’s clean but I think I’m having a tough time navigating. Haha. But I think I’ll get used to it after a while. :)

I hate it when professors mispronounce my surname.
My surname is Sangalang. It is pronounced as if it is spelled as Sanggalang, with a double G. Haha. Sometimes kasi, they pronounce it like sanga (branch) then lang. LOL.
First day high… and having a hang-over. LOL Part 2
TAE ANG HABA KASI NG POST KO. HINATI KO TULOY SA DALAWA. HAHA.
INTEGRAL CALCULUS - Ohmygoodness! This subject ang pinakanakaramdam kami ng nerbyos. Haisus, sa Differential palang ay nakakabaog na, ngayon ay nasa next level na ng Calculus. Sabi ni seatmate Sean, magnonovena daw siya na di mapunta samin yung previous professor namin na nakakatakot at di gaanong mabait sa pag-grade. Haha. Nung may pumasok na nakacivilian attire sa back door, akala ko yun ang professor namin, I was fooled. Haha. Actually naliligaw pa si Kuya, akala ko classmate na namin, di pala. Haha. Nung pumasok na yung male professor namin, si Sir Belen, what a sigh of relief. Hay salamat po. He is already known by probably the half of the class, mabait daw siya at generous naman sa grade. Good sign. What was a shocker though is binigyan kami ng diagnostic test which is a review from DiffCal. Whoa! No way! Ten items lang pero my mind was not ready for thing like this. Sir made a joke nga, ‘Yung di papasa dito, babalik sa DiffCal.’ Haha. Kaya naman namin yung review. Kaso I forgot some differentiation formulas. I answered 6/10 questions which is the passing score for us. Sana tama sila lahat. Haha.
P.E. - Wow favorite subject na. Haha. I expected na arnis na yung PE since ganun yung dati. Pagkarating namin sa PE room, wala pa yung prof then may TV sa taas ng FERN Building na kung saan nakatira yung mga varsity players. Nasa 3rd floor or 4th ata yung TV and nasa baba kami nanonood ng NBA Finals. Parang ewan lang kami na nakatitig sa taas. Nanalo Miami. What? Haha. Matagal bago rin namin nalaman kung sino prof namin. Around 20 mins din ata. Then pumasok si Sir Gali sa Room 2, and we’re like ‘Yehey!’ when he came. Siya ulit ang prof namin! Sobrang bait ni sir and halos automatic 4.0 na kami sa PE pag siya yung prof (4.0 yung highest grade samin while 0.0 is the lowest, don’t be fooled. XD) The period ended 30 mins in advance so yung 30 min lunch break namin ay naging one hour. Haha.
ENGLISH - I have a feeling na babae yung magiging prof namin. I was hoping na si Ms. Felimer yung mapupunta samin coz she is the kindest of all the kind English teachers out there in our school. Imba siya. Late nanaman yung prof. 30 mins na ata siyang late, 10 mins na lang pede na kaming umalis. When she came, ‘Oh, si Ma’am ERC.’ Yung prof namin ay yung head ng English Resource Center sa school. Alam ko lang eh magaling talaga siya at mukhang mataray. Parang ayoko siyang maging prof dahil parang mahirap sabi ko. Pero as it kept going, okay siya. Marami na siyang naturo bout proper pronunciation coz she wants us to have good communication skills. Public speaking yung English namin ngayon. Macha-challenge ako sabi ko; I don’t like speaking in front of an audience, seriously. I passed with flying colors in the previous English subject, but that was mostly writing. Wew. Kaya ko to. I think confidence lang problema ko talaga.
The class ended, nag-DoTA nanaman yung mga tropa ko. Ako nalang yung naiwan na di sumasama sa DoTA nila kasi di pa ko ganun kagaling. Nagpractice ako nung bakasyon but still, I’m not that good enough to join them. Yung mga kasama kong dati na di naglalaro ay nasa ibang section na. But from 3-4 kasama ko sina James tska si Ranier. Tambay sa good’ol Freedom Park nagkukwentuhan and sight-seeing at the same time. LOL. 4-5 naman sina Koy at Toto ang kasama ko. Kwentuhan din ng bonggang-bongga. Buti di ako naubusan ng masasabi sa magsyotang yun. Haha. Umuwi na kami ni Koy ng 5, pagkauwi ko, natulog ako agad. Nakakapagod din. Swear. Haha.
Masaya ang first day ko, may mga bagong kakilala na magiging malapit sa akin sa mga susunod na mga term. Di pa ko masyadong nakipag-usap sa kanila, nahihiya pa kami. LOL. But after a while, sigurado, parang matagal na kaming magkakakilala nyan.

RFID na nyan gagamitin namin. Yung di-swipe. Haha. Dati yung FEU-Main lang ang meron, kami na ring taga FEU-EAC. Haha. Sana lang wag kunin yung dating ID tsaka di mahaba yung pila sa Gate 4 nyan. Paktay tayo dyan kung late ako pumapasok. Hahaha.
First day high… and having a hang-over. LOL Part 1
LOL. It seems like I’m an eager freshman who wants to post his first experience in college. Well, I’m on my second year right now. It feels good being in the upper class of students. Di na katulad dati na naliligaw-ligaw ka pa kung nasaan yung classroom mo. Haha. I’ll make it brief, I don’t wanna be super makwento, ang pangit din, parang yung diary mo ay exposed in public. Pero makakalimutin ako eh. Kaya I didn’t hesitate to post.
I can’t hide my excitement kagabi. Di ako makatulog. Kung anu-ano na ginawa ko just to make myself sleep but nothing worked. Well, last summer, I used to sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning na and I wake up past noontime na. But my classes all start at 7 except for Tuesday. Grabe. So I had to wake up at 5 and I slept at around 2 na ata. 3 hours of sleep — 1/4 lang yan sa number of hours na ako’y tulog nung bakasyon. LOL.
Nagsimula yung araw ko ng 5:20. Naka-tatlong ulit na pala yung alarm clock ko sa phone. Lels. But I got up easily. I switched off the aircon unit immediately and I started preparing na. Nagkita kami nina Cess, Bim, tsaka ni Jane sa 7-11. Natuwa ako kina Cess and sis Bim, parehong kume-curly hair. Haha. I was teasing Bim the whole day, ‘Para kang si Goldilocks sis!’ Haha.
So while on our way, andami ng freshman around. Of course, the most excited ones came early. Haha. That’s already given for freshies. Pumunta muna kami ng chapel to pray. It’s good to start the school day with thanking God were still here. Basta, andami kong thoughts nung time na yun. We went up around 6:45 for our first class, Computer Programming. Si Ron ang una kong nakita sa Insanity member. So syempre kamustahan and everything sa mga classmates dati. As time passed, I saw na andami rin palang new faces. In my count, 23 lang kami from the original section then 17 yung others which makes us a 40-man class. Wew.
COMPUTER PROGRAMMING - 1st subject. We had a guy professor. First impression — mukha ngang net geek, parang yung nakikita mo na messy yung hairstyle na kagigising lang, mukhang geek. Pero as we went on, kahawig niya yung former classmate namen. Tawa lang ako eh. Haha. He said something about flowcharts. Then as usual, he asked what are our expectations in this class and it’s nice to hear from those na hindi namin classmates na sana maging united ang section namin, sana maging masaya, sana mag-jell daw kami agad. Natuwa ako dun syempre. Lastly, I noticed na sir Dela Angel (Yun nga ba surname niya?) speaks some words starting with ‘p’ as if it is starting with ‘f’ like ‘programming’ na ‘frogramming’ ang dinig ko. Sama ko talaga.
